Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration and Eligibility

Account Suspension and Closure

Force Majeure: 4999app shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, payment processing failures, or other events of force majeure.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 4999app operates as an online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh and is committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently.

If modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: No failure or delay by 4999app in exercising any right or remedy provided under these Terms & Conditions shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. No single or partial exercise of any right or remedy shall preclude or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.
